The Midland campus is located in the Westwood Lake Shopping Center on West Illinois, just east of North Midland Drive. Public transportation serves the campus with bus stops on Midland Drive, adjacent to the School. If you drive, there is plenty of free parking.
Midland is located midway between Dallas/Fort Worth and El Paso on I-20. The city has a population of less than 100,000 and offers a high quality of life. You'll find cultural arts that include theatrical productions presented year-round at the city's internationally acclaimed Midland Community Theatre, and outstanding pop and classical music performances through the Midland/Odessa Symphony and Chorale. When it comes to dining out, there are a variety of restaurants, both nationally known and locally owned establishments.
If you enjoy the great outdoors, you'll find scenic lakes, campgrounds, and wilderness areas are easily accessible. Midland is only a few hours drive from the dramatic scenery of Big Bend National Park, the underground splendor of Carlsbad Caverns in New Mexico, and the natural beauty of the Guadalupe and Davis Mountains. The ski slopes of Colorado and New Mexico are within driving distance, and the 12 lakes that are within a 150-mile radius of Midland offer opportunities for boating and other water sports.
